The Royal Family: Prince William left Kate Middleton in tears after ditching Christmas plans weeks before rough patch

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have had their ups and campo like any couple 

Christmas may be full of joy , but it can also be a source of stress for couples trying to decide whose family to spend the day with.

 As the vacation season is each about spending time with loved bones, it's no surprise couples can have spats over gleeful plans.

 It seems this is no different for royal couples either, who aren't vulnerable to the odd tiff. 

 A book called'The Making of a Royal Romance'has revealed that one Christmas Prince William left Kate Middleton in gashes one Christmas, reports the Mirror. 


 In 2006, before the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were married, Prince William was set to spend Christmas itself with the royals at Sandringham as usual.

 After, he was also supposedly meant to travel to meet up with Kate to spend New Year with the Middletons. 


 But according to the book, Kate was left in gashes when William cancelled his plans last nanosecond- leaving her stewing for the future of their relationship.
