Palace aides have reportedly involved the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to offer up their titles after Prince Harry's latest dig at the royalty .

In an explosive interview in the week , Prince Harry criticised the way he was mentioned , saying it had felt like "a mixture between The Truman Show and being during a zoo".

Harry took aim at his father Charles on the Armchair Expert Podcast, and said he wanted to "break the cycle" of "suffering" when it involves his own children.

He told host and actor Dax Shepard: "When it involves parenting, if I've experienced some sort of pain or suffering due to the pain or suffering that perhaps my father or my parents had suffered, I'm getting to confirm I break that cycle in order that i do not pass it on."

He spoke of a "genetic pain" passed down through the family. But Royal aides say Harry and Meghan should now need to relinquish their titles.

An insider told The Mail on Sunday: "There is a growing feeling that if you don't like the organization that much, you shouldn't have the headlines.

"The Duke of Sussex has now spent a big amount of your time emphasising that he's no different to anyone else and attacking the institution which he says has caused him such a lot pain."

Harry and Meghan pledged to not use their HRH titles after stepping back as senior members of the royalty , but have continued to use Duke and Duchess.
